Are You Facing Fall Headwinds?

Hey, 50+ friends!

Fall is here-- time to get back to the normal routine. But is your “normal” a comfortable, rewarding experience? Or is it full of turbulence?

Things change in our 50s and 60s –--in our jobs, our bodies, our relationships.

Sometimes, it’s easy to figure out what is happening and what needs adjusting. When your back hurts, you look for a new mattress. When a house and yard become more trouble than reward, you think about downsizing.

But what about when the problem isn’t so clear?

Are you feeling any of these:

  • Marginalized, burned out, or just bored at work?

  • Plagued with physical symptoms that don’t have a name but won’t go away?

  • Trouble sleeping--and not because of a bad mattress?

These feelings are not normal, and they probably won’t go away on their own.

I know—I’ve felt all of them, and so have my clients, who are just like you.

They are smart, productive, busy working people who don’t have the time, money, or inclination for fancy retreats or self-help programs. Several of them spent a long time doing nothing about their discomfort, because they figured there was nothing TO do. But soon the malaise started to infect their relations with others. They realized they had to take action.

So they called me. Over and over, clients report that even our very first conversation lifted a big load off their shoulders.

And they are usually surprised at how soon things start to feel different.

Coaching works because coaches have tools to help you find clarity and move forward-- faster and more easily than you could on your own.

Remember the instructions on airplanes before takeoff: You have to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others.

Don't wait until you can’t breathe!
