Will You Be Adrift or Prepared?

Imagine if you knew that next year at this time, your business or department would have an entirely new identity and new goals, and the metrics you use now would no longer exist.

Would you plan for it?

Or wait until it happened?

Of course you’d prepare! It would be irresponsible for you and your team not to anticipate and plan for this big change.

So why do we think we can make post-retirement plans after the fact?

Retirement, beyond the finances and a bit of travel, is AS MUCH of a big transition as a company make-over.

Left “unplanned for,” it can unintentionally set smart, capable people used to running their own show adrift -- leaving them depressed and uncertain about their future.

So here are a few ways to begin this conversation…

1) I am excited to be presenting my signature talk, WHAT’S NEXT: How to Throw Away Retirement Clichés and Design Your Best Next Chapter, to clients of The Frank Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors on May 20, in King of Prussia, PA, and the Retirement Prosperity Group in Fort Washington, PA on June 15. If you’re a client of either of these firms, join us!

2) Bring me in for a presentation to your company or professional organization with members or employees ages 50 and above. The dynamic, interactive experience will energize them with important new information and practical ideas for making the most of their post-career lives.

Just last month, I spoke to members of Philadelphia’s Forum of Executive Women and it was great!

3) Can’t make my next presentation? Join me 1:1 and let’s see if I can help you reimagine retirement and plan your own new identity! In this Reimagine Retirement Breakthrough Session, we will:

  • Clarify what is missing in your pre-retirement planning

  • Uncover what could make the difference in reimagining what retirement means for you

  • Outline a realistic plan of action for getting you to feel clear and energized about what’s next for you.

If I think that we are a great fit and that I can help you get where you want to go, then we’ll also talk about a couple of ways we might work together.

Normally I charge $147 for this time, but through the spring, it is complimentary!

I hope to connect with you soon – at a presentation, or in a private 1:1 conversation. Your future deserves the same focused attention as your company's future!
